Reactor & Catalyst Bed Cleaning

Conventional reactor clearing techniques often leave residual hydrocarbons due to channeling or vapor lock. PetroDecon addresses this with an engineered solution that involves injecting proprietary solvents such as CC-925 during the reactor cool-down or recycle phase. This method breaks down hydrocarbon binders, enhances penetration into catalyst beds, and improves catalyst flow during removal.

Degassing & Decontamination 

PetroDecon’s degassing and decontamination services rapidly remove hazardous compounds such as benzene, hydrogen sulfide, VOCs, ammonia, and pyrophoric iron. Using proprietary vapor-phase and liquid chemistries, we prepare systems for safe entry often within hours.

Our degassing process typically achieves benzene concentrations below 0.05 ppm, with no need for fresh air equipment entry. Chemistries are designed to lift hydrocarbons from surfaces and separate cleanly from water, reducing emulsification and waste generation.
